1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern all bookings, treatments, and purchases made with Bare Beauty Skellefteå ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Skiftesgatan 23E, 931 55 Skellefteå, Sweden. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email. All bookings are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us. You must be at least 18 years old to book a treatment.

Before your first PhiBrows or permanent-makeup appointment, you will be asked to complete a health-intake and consent form. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in the appointment being cancelled without refund.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Klarna and Apple Pay through Stripe's hosted checkout and invoicing surface. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable on receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for your understanding that studio time is reserved exclusively for you. To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

• More than 24 hours' notice — cancellations and reschedules are free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice — a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price may be charged.
• No-shows — the full treatment price may be invoiced, and future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

5. Deposits

For certain treatments — in particular PhiBrows microblading and full permanent makeup — we may require a non-refundable booking deposit, which is applied to the final invoice on the day of the treatment.

6. Results & Suitability

Permanent makeup and microblading are artisanal treatments, and results vary according to skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. We commit to delivering our craft with the highest standard of skill and hygiene, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Following the provided aftercare protocol is essential to a successful heal.

We reserve the right to decline a treatment if we determine, on professional grounds, that it is not suitable for you.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, and you also have the right to refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
